COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols

We are strictly implementing the following protocols for the health and safety of our guests.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. RESERVATION FEE (30%)

    A reservation fee of 30% should be collected from the day a client reserve for a specific date/s. It is refundable of 100% if cancellation is made 2 weeks before the schedule. We allow rescheduling for emergency reasons, and we issue credit voucher equivalent to the deposit valid for 1 year.

    Management has the right to cancel any reservation. A reservation will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED if there was NO CONFIRMATION ONE (1) WEEK prior to the reserved date and thus said fee will be FORFEITED.

    Reservation fee can be sent through bank transfer or GCash.

  2. DOWNPAYMENT (50%) FOR EXCLUSIVE PACKAGES

    A 50% Down Payment will be collected for exclusive reservation. It should be given from the day a client reserve for a specific date/s.

  3. OVERSTAYED/LATE CHECK-OUT

    An overstayed/late check out fee of ₱500.00/hour will be collected from guests who overstayed beyond GRACE PERIOD of one (1) hour after check out time.

    For guests who overstayed beyond THREE (3) HOURS after check out time, 50% fee for corresponding occupied rooms will be collected.

  4. Resort property damages due to negligence or lost/stolen items shall be chargeable to Customers.
  5. The Customers will be required to comply with the new normal protocols of DOH, IATF, DOT etc. to avoid spread of COVID-19 virus.

Resort House Rules and Regulations

1. Room charge includes use of swimming pool for allowed guest per room only, any excess headcount will be charged for the use of amenities and additional mattress, linens and towels. Excess head charges is ₱750/night.

2. Swimming pool operation time is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please make sure to take shower first before using the pool. We have open shower near the entrance of the gate coming from the beach and right beside the pool.

3. Proper attire for swimming is required. Kids must be attended by parents or adult companion. Owner will not be liable for any untoward incident if left unattended.

4. Swimming in the beach is open to everyone from 6:00 AM to 6: 00 PM only. Do not swim alone, always bring companion. Should the wave is high swimming is not advisable. Kids who will swim in the beach must be accompanied by an adult companion or parents. Owner will not be liable for any untoward incident if left unattended.

5. Resort has karaoke for rent from ₱200/hr to ₱800 for overnight. Operation of karaoke can start 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM only following government regulations.

6. Guest may request for the use of the kitchen to cook their food. But we charge ₱750 per day for the gas, cooking utensils and refrigerator use.

7. Bringing in food is allowed but resort owner will not be liable should there be any sickness caused by food spoiling.

8. The owner has the right to decline or send off customers that will not agree with the resort rules and regulations.

Guests Orientation:

  1. CHECK IN TIME- 2PM; CHECK OUT TIME – 12NN
  2. There is a 37 meter/40-yard limit from shoreline as safe swimming area. For your safety, please follow Lifeguard.

  3. Swimming at the beach is allowed until 6pm. This is an ordinance of our Province. But staying and chilling at the beach front has no time limit provided we limit the noise after 11pm as part of the barangay ordinance.

  4. PLEASE TURN OFF room aircon, lights and electric fan when not in use. Electric cost in Zambales is almost double vs Metro Manila’s. This is also to protect and support our drive on energy savings and protecting our Mother Earth for so much carbon emission.

  5. Swimming time at d pools starts at 7am up to 10pm only since we clean the pools after 10PM.

  6. Use of Karaoke and any other music equipment, blue tooth speakers are allowed until 10pm only. This is in compliance with our barangay ordinance and country wide policy.

  7. Please respect d assigned huts, tables & chairs at d beach/room

  8. Please stay within d property line of d resort so that guests from nearby resorts will do d same

  10. Please reserve in advance at d counter for free hourly group’s use of Multi-purpose Hall, 3 View Decks, Wheel Table set, Mini Bar & Music Lounge etc.

  11. As we are pet friendly resort. we expect responsible pet owners too. Pets are not allowed to swim at the swimming pool to respect other guests who will use the pool. Your pets are free to swim at the beach.
